"Didn't receive 1/3 of order that waitress and manager claim they both verified accuracy. Bag was still stapled. Odd that someone would take gravy out of all the condiments. No bacon or french toast. Second experience with manager that is not customer oriented. We will order from Highland Shari's in the future"
"Waitress and cook stood and talked while our food sat on the ledge for at least 3 minutes. She asked if we wanted condiments and I said yes ketchup and hot sauce. I never got them. Food was so so. No different than any other place. Unremarkable."
"Late night dinner. Got cheeseburgers. It took about an hour to get food. It wasn't that busy. The burgers were barely warm. No flavor. And so very dry and burnt. It's like the people cooking still haven't learned how to make a burger. If we didn't need to wait an entire hour it would be more understandable."
"My husband wanted a coconut cream pie for his birthday instead of a cake. I looked online, and it said it was $13.99. When I went pick one up, it ended up being $16.99. I purchased it anyway . I guess online isn't accurate. The pie was good..."
"Amazing service! Delicious Marion berry pies!! We split a ham and cheese melt and it was yummy. It wasn't packed and I was glad as being on the road for so long I enjoyed the music they played and the relaxing environment. I'd absolutely return. Don't miss the pie!! I got mine heated up with some vanilla ice cream. Pie ala mode is my favorite and this was some of the best I've ever had especially Marion berry!!"
