Domino's Pizza

"Last week I ordered here online, it said my order was ready so I went to pick it up. It was not ready. So I waited patiently they said it’d be about 6 more minutes. No biggie to me stuff happens. So me and my partner wait patiently. 6 mins quickly turned into 40 minutes, and they asked me my name again only to realize that one of my pizzas were missing… so they made a new one. Needless to say I waited for a little over an hour for my food. I was just going to brush it off because I’ve worked in the food/service industry and I was giving them the benefit of the doubt… Then comes tonight. I placed a small order for a pizza and cheesy bread. It was ready on time and everything was fine…. I get home and 3 out of the 8 slices are literally nothing but bubble. This upset me and I figured I’d leave a review and post a picture."

"The last 3 times I have ordered delivery from this Domino's, I've ended up waiting 2+ hours, or I went in to cancel my order. I ordered from here, then ordered from pizza hut and had it delivered to their parking lot before the Domino's tracker said my food was being prepared. If you want a pizza from here, order online then pick up in person. The food has always been good though."

"I never leave reviews but came on here for this one. We used to order here often but recently orders have taken over 2hrs. Our pizza has come to us under done multiple times. Tonight our order was left on ‘preparing’ for 4 hours and no one answered the phones when I called to ask. We never did get our order and no way to cancel it. Edit: The next morning the order was moved to complete and we were charged full price for a dinner we never got. When I reached out to Domino's corporate, the only action was to pass the complaint on to the store franchise order. This is honestly theft. Go somewhere else!!"

"Hands down the absolute worst customer service I have had in my entire life. My delivery time was estimated to be 35-45 minutes; however, after an hour it still wasn't here, and the online tracker wasn't working so I called the store to make sure that my order had been processed. I couldn't even get through explaining my situation before the guy cut me off and said, "I don't want to hear your sob story, just tell me your order." After giving him my phone number to look up my order he then proceeded to tell me that it would be delivered in TWO HOURS. I was so shocked by how unbelievably rude he was all I could do was say ok before he hung up. On the bright side, the person who delivered the pizza was lovely. Her coworker on the other hand should find alternative employment, ideally in an industry that doesn't require any level of professionalism, or involve interacting with people."

"Took forever. Driver dropped my lava cakes so one broke open. Pizza was burnt and had seasoning dumped all over (is this a new thing? I don't remember seasoning on the thin crust). Will never order from here again."
