"This was a great experience for me. So many things went wrong for me with this transaction. 1. The tech was late, too late for me to stick around and wait. This was not an issue, though. He explained that he wasn't the normal mobile tech and filling in on the fly. I understand. People call in or quit all the time. It's not his fault. We rescheduled for me to come in the next week. 2. I ended up sick for an entire week. Missed both jobs and school. Had to reschedule. We did for the next week, of course. 3. Well, in all the flurry of catching up on my work I forgot to mention to my boss the need for a slight schedule change so I had 30 min to make it the 49 min Google said it would take me to get to my appointment. And I finally did make it to my appointment. When I got there, they were all just sitting and waiting for me. I felt terrible immediately, but they were super nice. Didn't mind. The techs decided to work together and get it done. The warehouse messed up, so they didn't have my windshield treatment, but it's not a big deal. I'll get money back, and they comped my wipers. While waiting, I chatted with the manager there. She was great. Like an old friend. That was situational, though. She had the time, and we had things in common to talk about. Just want to be clear that a "friend"with whom to chat is not on an invoice sheet. Anyway, the guys were I waited in the lobby. It's a small one, but there are snacks, a TV, a bathroom. Nose down to earth. Funny people. Great service. I will recommend it to anyone. So thank you, Safelite. Lifes has been stressful for me lately, and this could've gone sideways in so many ways. BUT... it did not. Happy Holidays! Merry Christmas!!! My car is dirty because I live in the woods in the mountains in Washington. My shiny windshield made my car look even dirtier!"
