I am basically having to do everything to get the money from other insurance- thought that was part of what I pay for… well luckily the Caliber folks deliver even better service than you pay for and they will do all the legwork with insurance and rental so I would go back to them tomorrow but with different insurance as I am ditching this wreck of a company and heading elsewhere."

David (and others) kept me informed with multiple updates per week as to the progress of the repair and had the car ready 2 weeks before the initial estimated finish date. My car was washed and detailed inside when I picked it up and the repairs made my car look like new. They even worked with me around my work schedule to pick up my car after hours and took payment over the phone so that I wouldn’t have to wait an additional day to get my car back. "I previously left a 5 Star review and I am updating to 2 Stars. In a nutshell, the work was never finished and they have no interest in following up. In addition, some of the work turned out to be inferior. The car was to be ready 2/24/23 and they told me the last thing to do was pinstriping both sides on the rear doors but their pinstripe person would not be in for 10 days or more. I ended up taking the car with the understanding that Caliber would let me know when to bring it back. 5 weeks passed with no call so I called; left 2 mssg's over 10 days with no return calls. I finally got to go ahead to bring it back in so I did. I was told it would take 1/2 day and should be ready by lunchtime so I dropped it off at 7:30am and when I went back at Noon to pick it up the car hadn't moved. I spoke to the receptionist and asked what was going on with my car and this was the response, "Oh that silver Camry out there? We were just talking about that car. Nobody could figure out why it was out there". I looked at her and asked for my keys back and I left and have never heard a word from them since. That was in May, it's now July. So in addition to the pinstriping not being done, they glued the spoiler onto the trunk and there is dried glue that oozed out (see photo) In the same photo, you can see how the paint is not even and is faded and splotchy. Finally, the trim that was installed on the drivers side rear door was bent and dented when installed and doesn't even fit the window (see photo). I'm choosing a different shop to complete the repairs and fix what Caliber couldn't do right the 1st time around."

He promptly did so! I was exceedingly happy that the repairing/painting was accomplished sooner than anticipated. The paint matched perfectly and the area repaired undetectable. Highest quality of service provided by all who "touched" my car!"
