"I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this service. Despite assurances over the phone about having multiple locations across the US, we're now facing a situation where our customer's freight is lost. It's supposedly at one of their locations, yet they're unable to provide a precise address. This lack of transparency and accountability leads me to believe we're being misled. Currently, an entire trailer's worth of goods is missing. I strongly advise against using their services."
