"If you value customer service do not go here. The receptionist was extremely rude in every interaction we had. I had called multiple times throughout the day to check on when I could pick up my car with no answer, and even my brother tried calling with no answer. I am extremely disappointed as I was referred by family friends and did not have the experience they shared. When entering the office the receptionist was taking personal phone calls and did not seem happy to help us. When she called to let me know what was going on with my car she continued with her unpleasant attitude so I decided to take my business elsewhere, as I would recommend to anyone else looking for maintenance."

I most recent visit today, it was because a high profile, multi-brand car dealership, when I went in for a recent oil change, advised me that I needed multiple services, totaling $1500. The quote I received was more than 50% less at Munson's so I made an appointment there. On the day of the service, Mike at Munson's called me, after looking the car over, to say that none of the services the dealership had recommended were necessary.
