Even tho we are no longer in their service area, Joey was quick to get back with me and help me troubleshoot a heating problem so we didn't freeze with the below freezing temperatures. "The first time I talked to Mike was the weekend of June 9th, 2023. We had our motorhome at the Silver Lake Resort, but our Fridge had stopped working and we had a water leak in our bathroom. He asked me to send pictures and model numbers, which I did. He said he would come up to help us, that he wouldn't leave us hanging and would call back. He never did call or respond to my calls or texts. He left us hanging with no running water and no refrigeration for the entire 4 days we were there. Horrible customer service. The second time I talked to mike was 2.5 weeks ago (I didn't realize I was calling the same company, due to the fact the first time I got his number from the park maintenance guy, no business name). This time he knew exactly who I was and said he or one of his techs, would be able to help now that I had my motorhome in Vancouver Wa. were his business is located. I had already repaired the water leak but still needed help with the refrigerator. To make a long story short we texted several times and he always said he or a tech would be calling and even told me he would come take a look on Friday evening August 11th, I waited at home all evening but he never showed and didn't respond to my texts until after 8:30pm. He knowingly left me hanging, even thou we talked about the fact that I was going out of Town on Tuesday Aug. 15th. Now it's to late to get it fixed! Oohh Mike is a smooth talker, but he does not follow thru, so don't get fooled like I did and think he's there to help. HE IS NOT! Update: How would it be out of your service area, when your business is in Vancouver Wa. and my address and motorhome are in Vancouver Wa. And when I was at Silver Lake Resort Campground, I was given your number by the park maintenance person, who said your company provides assistance to their camping guests. That's how I originally got your number. Maybe have someone else should answer your phone and schedule appointments. I'm not sure Mike is the right person for that job if he doesn't remember what he tells your customers when they call in for help???"
"Joey has been a GOD send for me. I am single and living in my 5 th wheel which I know hardly anything about. He has been out multiple times to teach me what I need to know and fix my hot water heater . Only charging me for parts at times. He is very personable and helpful I highly recommend them!"
