It took several weeks to complete the work as a consequence of industry-wide shortage of staff and in a few cases, delay in receiving necessary parts. That said, when I picked up the car today, it appears to be restored to it's prior pristine condition. Serge is an excellent communicator, responded quickly to issues/questions with my insurance carrier, and the usual concerns with part acquisition. When I picked up my car today, he generously gave a substantial discount to offset some of the car rental fees (since repair exceeded the usual 30-day coverage).
