"They had my 89 vw jetta for almost 2 months because I said the car would die after 10 minutes of running . They said they fixed it . I asked them several times if they were sure. They said yes. I asked what the issue was and they said they didn’t know what the issue was lol. Lost my confidence there but I was done . Took my car home and sure enough, 11 minutes into driving , the car dies. Unprofessional and rude . Really sad cause I really wanted to this to work so I could have a reliable vw shop to go to."

"EDIT #2 : My van still sits, with a massive oil leak, the amount of money I’ve given them, I could’ve bought a brand new long block. I’m on SSDI, my income is limited. I REALLY wish these dudes would make this RIGHT. Some of the tin is missing, they didn’t put it together right (didn’t want to just yank the motor and do things correctly?) If I could afford to speak to a legal specialist, I would. Original review> I've had my 1980 Vanagon in there 3 TIMES to fix an oil leak. I've spent thousands of dollars. Just took it on a road trip and it appears the crank seal they replaced failed. (I also had a wheel bearing they replaced fail on my TDI) I'm at my wits end! I love this shop but they NEED to make this one right!!! So frustrating when they say "Yeah it's fixed, we found the problem" and no, that has not been the case! I don't know what to do. EDIT : Since I can’t reply.. with all due respect sir, I asked you guys to do whatever it took to fix the leak!! You pulled my oil cooler, you JB welded a part and said that was the problem and said there was “no more leaks” you replaced the crank seal and said “no more leaks” You guys said and did all this work and the van leaks exactly the same. You also replaced the oil filter gasket and said “no more leaks” thousands of dollars spent with no results. That response is absurd. With the amount of money I’ve given you with absolutely zero results, I could have a new long block. Ridiculous. What am I supposed to do? You have my money, and I still have a leaky van with a stack of receipts from you."

"I've had several mechanics look at my car to diagnose the issue it had been having, and not one of them could figure it out. They all told me to just drive it with the check engine light on until it starts having trouble running. I took it to Zinda & Son's and they knew in an instant what the issue was, and they fixed it in under an hour. I highly recommend them for your VW! I love my car, and I won't be letting anyone but Zinsa & Son's work on it for as long as I own it (which hopefully will be forever)!"
