"My personal thanks to the team at Mackin's East Vancouver location, who took great care of me and my car! Tracey was able to get me in for an estimate two days earlier than my insurance company had scheduled, and she extended great hospitality to my partner and me at the shop, answering all our questions. Eric and John were cheerful and professional during the initial walk around the car. They determined that the repair was likely minor and, if parts were available, could possibly be completed in one day. Eric was clear about what Mackin's would do to get us back on the road ASAP. John immediately set out to get the parts delivered the same day. Neither of them over-promised, which I appreciate, and it was clear from their actions that they would do everything possible to ensure things were done right. My insurance company had told me it could take three weeks to get my car back. The Mackin's team had me rolling in a good-as-new car in less than 36 hours! Well done! Thank you all!"

"The insurance company low-balled the cost to repair my car. Mackin's Auto Body fought with my insurance to pay to true cost of the repair. It was 5 times what the insurance company had estimated. My car was repaired to pre-loss condition thanks to Mackin's Auto Body and their dedicated technicians."

"Contacted Mackin to let them know they needed to remove a claim for my vehicle. Instead, they kept the claim and deleted the wrong claim. They continued the process through the wrong claim. When I realized what was going on and contacted them, they claimed it was too late and that we had already signed a contract for the wrong claim. To be fair, my 19 year old son was the one who signed the contract because it was his car. Tracy did absolutely nothing but make everything very difficult for us. Had she just removed the claim when I originally called in, this would have never happened. My husband also spoke to the manager there who also claimed it was too late and set in stone. How they can screw up this big and not even take responsibility for their actions other than apologizing . Apologies don’t fix anything. Apologies don’t help us in any way. I will never take a vehicle to them ever again."
