"Not real high end but not Ashley. Every piece of furniture is at least a grand. If that's the price range you could do worse. Many options of Stressless chairs. Huge mattress section. My main problem is the sales staff. They're polite and helpful but the approach makes me pretty sure they're commission sales so they're always circling and offering business cards. Doesn't hurt to take a look and they're open late."

"We went in on Sunday and spoke with Robert and he promptly got us to couches that met our description, we didn’t buy that day but I went back today and Roger helped me finish out everything for the transaction. My entire experience was great and got a good deal on the couch and ottoman I wanted. I will definitely use this store again in the future for anymore of my furniture needs."

"We recently purchased multiple new furniture items from the Macy's Silverdale location. The store had very good selection, especially in the sleep section. We were pleased with the overall process and discount that was offered for opening a new Macy's credit card account. While we did have to wait a few weeks for delivery due to inventory, the delivery itself was probably the best part of our customer experience. Davey was delivery driver, he and his teammate did an exceptionally good job taking our old mattress out and getting the new one perfectly in place. They were also awesome with getting our new recliner up the stairs and into the living room. This was definitely the most professional delivery service we've ever had. Great job Macy's team! We'll be coming back next time."

"Helpful sales associates. We were looking for furniture to help our son at his new house. The lady who helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. She took time to show us multiple options and helped us get a great price. The store was well organized with a great selection of furniture. Lots of parking and easy to spot from the street. Nice location."

"Very goof selection of dining room sets and sofas. Sectionals are priced very well and a lot of choices are available for interior design works. They do offer quite a few bed options, unfortunately they do not have twin and below options onsite. The staff was very helpful and tended to our every need. Would definately recommend and I will shop here again in the future."
