"Great service with not long waits. Trevor was very thorough & I appreciate the care that goes into my car. Thank you - Happy Holidays !!"
"My '18 Escape shut down on me - turns out it was the engine under recall - I worked with Jordan P - let me tell you the amazing, outstanding customer service she provided was above and beyond! She gave me a reasonable time frame for the repairs, which were accurate, so the shop guys did an amazing job as well. ! When my was ready Jordan arranged to have it delivered to me, upon the arrival I see they also washed the car inside and out ! I'm so very happy with the entire service department here! I do hope I need to their services again, but if I do I know it will be superb service. Thanks to all."
"I have been here 2 times, first time they did software update for me and cleaned my fuel injectors because they said it needed to be done (truck only had like 32,000 miles) no complaints. Second time I come in because my f 150 is stalling at stops and idling rough, they drove my truck said it wouldn’t do it for them, so they couldn’t diagnose because it wasn’t throwing a code. I pick my truck up, as I start driving home my truck is constantly pulling to the left and feels out of alignment. My truck has a new professional lift on it and brand new wheels and tires and was driving perfect when I dropped it off. I was really mad, whoever drove my truck must have drove it like a maniac and hit something I don’t know. I called and spoke to the service manager, her behavior was strange right away she says she’ll pay for it if it’s out of alignment (like she knew something happened very strange). Les Schwab fixed it, it was out of alignment. However my Truck was still stalling and the rough idling was getting worse. I took my issue to the ford forum online and researched it myself, little did I know that when you get a new battery in these newer ford trucks you have to reset the BMS because it controls timing on idling and fuel etc if it’s not reset after the battery replacement it causes issues. It also states this in the manual because I found it in mine. I found a YouTube video on how to reset it myself, I reset it and drove it for an hour and no more issues. It’s been 2 weeks now and the issues I was having with my truck are gone. I got my new battery at Les Schwab and I informed them that they should be resetting the BMS on these newer fords and they said they were never told to do so by corporate and they only do it for BMWs etc. so if you recently unplugged or got a new battery and your ford is acting crazy like mine was reset your BMS it is super easy. I give westlie 2 stars because they are nice in person but I don’t trust them anymore. It’s hard to find service anymore that respects your vehicle the way you respect your own vehicle. it’s unfortunate because with all the new software and tech in these vehicles we need good service techs."
"I’ve been to this service center three times for a troublesome trouble code. These guys went above and beyond each time. They even took me home twice. Ford has been lackluster in their interface with the service center to get this fixed. The service center has been patient and communicative. I have been to other service centers and none of them are of this caliber and quality customer service. Not one. In fact they treat you like you have no other options. You do! Take your ford to Weslie! It’s worth the drive to Camas."
"Bought my bronco at damerow in Beaverton. I live next to ford Vancouver dealership but I service it at westlie ford. Damerow denied my TSB fix on my soft top but westlie ford did not. I had brought it here at least 3 times now. Treavor, my service advisor has went above and beyond especially this last visit. Made sure problem was fixed in a timely manner and had always kept me updated. I will continue to bring my bronco here if needed. So thank you and to your team of whomever had helped."
