"How is this place still in business? They have done so much wrong to so many customers, mostly those who purchase an auto from Triple C Auto Brokers. "Brakes plus is the best and most efficient place to use in the pdx. Not only do they always do a good job and do what they say they’re going to do but their customer service is great. As a single mom of three, coming in with no real mechanical knowledge, it would be easy to be taken advantage of… I have never had an issue with extra work done without my knowledge or being talked into work my vehicle didn’t need. Thanks brakes plus!"
"I just recently moved to washougal and my car was in need of an oil change . I called them and they got me right in , they did the oil change and didn't try and sell me anything or say my car needed a bunch of unnecessary extra repairs . I also just had a flat tire today and got my car pulled into an auto parts store I won't name that told me they couldn't help me but could sell me fix a flat. I was in tears so I walked to the Breaks plus and they were so nice they took me back to my car put air in the tire then followed me to their shop . where they fixed my tire and never charged me a thing . There aren't too many businesses out there like this one so if you need Auto work done I highly recommend them ."
"I've never felt better about getting work done on my rigs. I took my family car in for brake work and they seriously took care of us. It was a pretty penny, but they did great work, and for likely much, much less than the other places we called. We were so happy with the service and grateful we took our second car in to get the brakes looked at. Its been sitting for years. They got the necessary brake work done, and found a few other issues that we knew needed to be fixed. They fixed them along with the brakes for a very reasonable price. They were super quick and efficient. Same day or next day service. Will continue to give them our business."
