"We have 3 vehicles and usually go here for minor things like oil changes ect. My wife took her car there for an oil change and to have her brakes checked. When I took her to pick up her car I asked them if they checked her brake pads and the lady at the counter cashing us out said yes and they were fine. So a few days later my wife asked me to take her car for a ride because she was hearing grinding noises right away I could tell it was the brakes. The pad on the left is what came off the car next to a new brake pad you can see there is nothing left of the pad. This is a safety issue period! I can’t believe they told us they were fine what if we believed them. I will not be taking any of my vehicles there again."
