"We were looking for a particular riding lawn mower that was available at only two dealerships, one in Portland and one in St Helen's. After calling both, we decided to go to this one in St Helen's about an hour away from home. If you have been to St Helen's, you know it's a journey to get there no matter which direction you go. So after calling and talking to Gary we learn that they have the model we want in a crate and says he will have it put together while we are making the hour commute and agree on the price (MSRP) for a newly built mower. So we decided to head to CRM. Upon arrival, we are walking up to the front door and see the exact model of the mower by the front door with a 8"x10" pink promo price tag showing MSRP $3899. Discount $700. Total $3100. I said wow they have a floor display on sale it's a little dirty, but let's save $700 and take this one. So off we go to find Gary. After finding Gary we all head off to find the mower and mention the one outside for $700 off. Gary laughs and says no he is not giving us $700 off. We were confused and went outside to look at it. Gary states no this is the one that was in a crate that we put together for you. Neither my girlfriend nor I can believe that this mower was just put together. It had shoe scuff marks on it, leaves, and moss on the mower deck, dirt embedded in the fabric, scratches in the plastic, rust on the hubs, and more. The spec sheet in the plastic cover had gotten moisture in it and was not legible. It looked as if this machine had been sitting outside getting rained on for a bit. Which I understand as that is how they are stored in many places. But we were told new out of a box. Gary said they just didn't have time to clean it after putting it together. When all the dirt, rust and scuff marks were pointed out Gary said "it's a lawn mower they get dirty and rust". Yes Gary that is true, and if we were paying $150 bucks it would not be a big deal. But we specifically wanted a brand new one so for $3800 yes Gary, yes we expect it to be shiny and new with no blemishes or we would have bought a used one and saved a bunch of money. Now let's get back to the money. There was a posted price zip tied on the steering wheel for $700 off. ( I wish I took a picture) I'm pretty sure Oregon has a law that you must honor the posted price. But I am not a lawyer so I cannot swear to that. Gary continues to repeat he is not going to honor the posted price that it was a past promotion and the guy who built the mower put that on there. So if it was in a crate and you just built it, which we don't believe because the mower looked like it had been sitting outside. But if you just built it, why would it have a past promotion sign on it? Why wouldn't you offer that price if you were planning on selling it for that amount on some past promotion anyway? Gary just said he was not going to "eat it" and he was not going to honor the price tag. So Gary tore the price tag off and said he wasn't going to help us, which was fine because I no longer wanted to give this company my money. So we left. This is a long story for something so silly. We even offered to split the difference and give us $350 instead off instead of the POSTED $700 but no, he would not even consider it. I certainly would not recommend this company. I felt we were not treated with respect as he kept laughing at us. They did not honor THIER POSTED prices, I don't care if it was a mistake. It wasn't our mistake. We just wanted to pay the posted price. He could have met us halfway, and this would be a different review. So long story short, disrespectful and a bit shady that's my perception."

"Scammers scammers, people who don’t know how to run business. Don’t do business with these people, a real business owner make it right regardless of cost to make a sale. The owner clearly doesn’t have Integrity, won’t do the right thing when something obviously has gone wrong. The miss communication and telling customers certain things and then in the end updating."

"On March 3rd, 2023, took my 2012 Polaris 900xp Razor in for a tune up, and inspection. It is running and starting perfectly for 4-5 years. 3 months later they told me it will be ready to pick up on June 14, 2023. Then in August they said my starter stuck and blew my motor up. I never heard of something as stupid as that. So, who is to say that the mechanic is certified. They also told me (Bobby the Manager) that they are having a very hard time finding a reliable service technician that is not lying on the application. They drove and started it several hundred times moving it around like the last 3-4 months, sounds like a lot of horseplay and negligence They ordered a new motor 8.23.23 and said it would be done in a couple of weeks. As of 10.4.23 now they said one cylinder has low compression want me to pay for repair and they still have it, and it's not running. I JUST TOOK IT IN FOR A TUNE-UP TO BEGIN WITH early May."
