"Got the driver's side grab handle for my 4 Runner. Color matched exactly. Pretty easy install (except that bottom screw can be bear to line up). Feels solid. Got one of the discounted blemished ones, but couldn't find anything wrong with it. Was highly discounted."
"Bought the 4Runner grab handle, the upper bolt sheared at the first sign of hand tightening and although they include a rivet puller there is no spare hardware in the kit. Not well thought out."
"I bought 4 separate pieces to put on my 2016 tundra. Very happy about time it took to receive. Did not send the right connecting harness for 2 of the pieces and 1 piece only partially works. I have emailed tried to call and have heard nothing in response. It’s a shame because all of their equipment seems to be a good quality if they could just get the right parts and get them to function correctly."
