"If I could post 0, I would. My son went in for his appt. Was told he had 13 cavities. They gave him quote, he paid, made a few appointments to get cavities fixed and a cleaning. He went in once and got some cavities fixed. They made another appt. for a later date for remaining fillings. Went to that appt. On that day when we actually drove there for his appointment after he took the day off, they said, " oh, we made a mistake, we changed computers and stuff from your last xray was read and you actually do not have anymore current cavities." And sent him on his way. How can they mess up that big?! What did they fill the 1st appointment he had after he was told he had cavities?!? He ended up going to another dentist for cleaning cause we did not trust them anymore and was told he does actually have 9 cavities! I don't get it! Worst dentist office ever. They do not know what they are doing. I feel like this could be a lawsuit. I mean if he did not go somewhere else to get his teeth cleaned he could have gone another year and cavities would have gotten worse. They should be out of business."
"Horrible!! Promised bottom denture after extractions so I could return to work but they were way too big, and too long I couldn’t move my tongue. I was told to wear them anyways and apply gauze in between and bite down, that my gums would swell up and the denture will fit. Sent home with no pain medicine and when told the denture was rubbing and painful , my face and tongue swelled up from dentist holding my jaw they decided to make a appointment the next morning only to do minimal adjustments and still wouldn’t fit but now I had 3 sores from the denture rubbing and my mouth, tongue and chin/cheek were swollen that it was so extremely painful to put denture in. Was then told to leave it out and do salt water rinse, I had highly expressed I can’t go to work the next day with no teeth.they weren’t very concerned or concerned about the pain I was in, scheduled me for a week out and said see you then. Again no pain medication or adjustments to accommodate my sores, no follow up call to see how I was and all this I paid out of pocket a large amount. Don’t believe the great reviews they were probably paid to write them. Check on the Nextdoor app, I found out some terrible stuff about this place I wish I knew sooner. Very uncaring and unprofessional staff, way expensive for the quality of service I’ve received plus now the embarrassment of having no teeth!! I have never encountered such lack of empathy and compassion from a dental office .Just rushed out and concerned about being paid.and I see there comments to the negative reviews of they will let customer service know and express to the Gresham office!! Really, how about offering to fix what is wrong or reimburse them for not fulfilling what people have paid for?? Don’t you see a tread with this office and don’t you think you should address that!! Don’t just write a patent response!!"
"Lauren was awesome. Very friendly and informative. I was there for the zoom whitening. My appointment finished about 3 hours ago and my teeth hurt very bad. The sensitivity is through the roof. I do see that my teeth are whiter but not sure it is worth the sensitivity pain. Very very uncomfortable. I figured having my teeth whitened professionally I would not have the issue with sensitivity. I won't do it agian."
"I was very impressed by the front desk professionalism. I felt very comfortable and welcomed into the office. The whole clinic as a team made sure I received five star treatments. I don’t remember the dentist name but he was very informative. He really knew what he was doing. Very educated. His assistant was fantastic. I highly recommend this office to anyone."
