"Stopped here 9/10/23 got $20 worth of tokens and deposited 13 tokens in the machine I was in the outside bay and nothing happened. The machine still said to deposit $3 to start. Got ripped off from machine malfunctioning. Middle Bay was working since there was someone washing their vehicle so that's where the good reviews seem to be coming from. I called their# from Google and didn't get anything not even voice mail. Just coming back from a camping trip where 30 miles of forest roads and needed a good wash and got screwed. Will remove review if owners make right but not holding my breath according to other reviews."

"If I could give no stars I would the chemical sprayer didn’t work and I didn’t notice until I already deposited money and no coin return so I was out $10 on the self wash and decided to settle for vacuuming the interior and the vacuum stole my money to so now I’m left with a dirty car and no car wash money for the week. Don’t bother calling they don’t answer and do not have voicemail"

"Washed my truck in one of the bays, the touchless side being down. Had no issues with pressure or not being any soap, not entirely sure what the other reviews were talking about. A little elbow grease goes a long way."

There is nothing but frustration and they will not respond to you calling their hotline to reimburse you when machines do not even work, Even though they can verify issue on security cameras"

"this place is an absolute joke. I've called twice now to complain that their touchless car wash doesn't work worth a darn, and I've yet to receive a call back. if you expect your car to come out clean, it won't. you're better off spraying your car down with a hose."
