"Secretary service needs to greatly improve. If you don’t like working in customer service then get another job. There’s one who is always speaking with an attitude and seems quite forgetful. I called about making sure the appointments were all set up and double checked about an estimate and I was told i wouldn’t need a separate appointment for the estimate. The day of the appointment I get told otherwise, wasting my time and making me miss days of work. Also have heard from multiple people that this has also happened to them with the same woman. On another note, the body shop does a great job!!"

"We got a rental van from these guys while our vehicle was being repaired. When I initially got the van it had a extremely heavy fragrance scent in the van, so bad it was overpowering to be I . I have allergies and it made me sick. I immediately removed the brand new scent tree they put in the van. Well I now know why because they were trying to cover up the stench and heavy dog smell of the van. It’s gross. I asked if they sanitized and cleaned the van and he assured me that they did. With covid going around I want my family to be safe. Well I can assure you they did not. There is dog hair everywhere, there was used food wrappers and plastic utensils behind the drivers seat on the floor they missed. There are fresh food stains in the back seats (something that they could easily clean but just somehow missed it) the steering wheel is dirty and grimy. They did nothing to clean this van. It’s gross. I will provide pictures if I can. Update: they did nothing to compensate for the inconvenience when we picked up our van. We drive daily and we only put 40 miles on their rental (one day of driving) because we couldn’t drive the rental because it stunk so bad. Had the set made even an attempt to make me feel better then I probably would have changed my review but they did not. So it remains one star. On a side note the body shop here does good work and always has. We’ve had work done here before and Have been happy. This was just a terrible experience for us and they did not even try to make us happy. It’s more like “you left bad feedback, then we are done with you”. That’s the feeling I get. Update: this is a response to their reply. You never gave me a new rental afterwards, I think you are mistaken . We had one rental and we didn’t use it because it stunk badly and was dirty . You must have did that for someone else."
