My parents want to express their gratitude for the exceptional care that Dr Balentine provides for them. For his professional approach for each of them. For his caring big heart and very genuine sense of humor. For his patience in listening and explaining, and providing all information and finding resolution for my parents health problems. He is a true gem for our location. We wish all providers would be like him."

"My whole care team is at nohn, I've never had any trouble, but as I was checking out and scheduling my next appt, the receptionist said " are you gonna actually come to this appt?". I feel like my personal information is not safe. I feel like I need to find a doctor somewhere else."

"I got an appointment on short notice - excessive coughing. NP Shannon ran through some ideas, one of which was pneumonia. I was pretty sure it wasn't, but after an X-ray, guess what? That's what it was. Great diagnostic skills. I am also always impressed with how NOHN truly puts the patient and their care first. The whole staff seems to be dedicated to providing the best possible service. Thank you!"

"I contacted NOHN in the attempt to see my PCP that day. I had returned home from vacation very sick and needed immediate attention. My PCP was actually off that day so I was set up with Kathy Shannon's last appointment for the day. Having never seen Kathy, and feeling quite ill, I was a bit hesitant but accepted the opening. Kathy made me feel so comfortable, so cared about and so acknowledged. Super pleasant, genuine and attentive. She listened carefully to what I had to say, expressed legitimate concern and understanding and together we came up with a plan on how to go forward and how to address the immediate issues. She made the opportunity available to return to see her in a few days if things were not improving but gave me the option to cancel the appointment if I was feeling well enough that I thought there was no need. I truly appreciate her expertise but her willingness to actually listen to what I was saying and together formulate a plan. She is such a wonderful person as well as a very competent professional. As with all my experiences at NOHN so far, I feel that you guys have really got it figured out when it comes to all around customer care. Kudos to you all!"
