"Ive been seeing dr Powell for a few years now, and for the last 2 years at least, we had an agreement that I can get my medications refilled every 28-30 days. There’s electronically written proof at the doctors office for this agreement because she sent over my prescription electronically. Due to me following this agreement, out of nowhere I’m being accused of pill manipulation?! then I was accused of pharmacy hopping. I called Jim’s pharmacy to see the last time they ever filled that medication, and it was way back in 2022. So then they used the excuse of my pharmacy being closed on a holiday or a weekend during my refill, it’s MY fault for choosing a pharmacy that closes on weekends therefore I’m pharmacy hopping.” Instead of any MA or my doctors nurse looking up these accusations and showing my doctor that I AM following her orders, they blamed me for everything and accused me of those things knowing there’s proof there’s not. Dr Powells nurse, who has zero authority to fire clients or withhold medications, threatened me at least 3 times to fire me as a client and not get my medication at all. Which going without, CAN cause seizures. Only Katie, the receptionist, is the only nice one who tries to help"

"My first (& last) visit was a trauma-inducing experience with an arnp. It might look nice in there but it's an unsafe (npd) environment."

"Called to speak to nurse regarding a possible blood clot, given same day appt. Then advised to come in earlier git there on time left in my car for 35 minutes then dismissed because I needed imaging. Called Dr. Pwells office then hung up on. Complete waste of time and it to me 40 to get there. Disrespectful . Treated badly because I am not native. I am going to find a doctors office who care."
