"HORRENDOUS BARTENDER!!! Came here with some friends for the first time. One of the people in our party was from out of state. They had recently renewed their drivers license, and the state they were from recently started only issuing vertical IDs for people over 21. The female bartender that was working, had no customer service skills at all! She repeatedly cut our friend off while they were trying to explain why they had a vertical ID. The bartender refused to listen, or hear them out, and very rudely kicked them out of the bar!! This bartender was clearly over serving two of the females sitting at the bar! Letting them run their mouths and yell at our friend to get out. She continued to over serve them, but refused to serve one drink to our friend, who was not intoxicated!! Our whole group decided to leave because of the bartender’s horrendous behavior!!"

"My first time here at night and if you love back to back R&R and pop from 80s / 90s, it’s the place for you. Perfect for dancing non-stop to music of those genres. Too loud for talking. Folks were friendly and anyone willing to dance."

"I've been here twice now, once late on a Sunday and again Friday night. Had a fantastic time both times! Both bartenders were awesome. Friendly, made tasty drinks. We had a nice chat with the guy on Friday (sorry I didn't catch your name!). The arcade is small but really good and the games actually work. Ma'Ono Fried Chicken is inside this place and their food is fantastic. And the pirate theme is legit cool. I will be bringing more people here, for sure."

"Had fun visiting Benbow Room. Had seen the neon sign driving by several times and it peaked my interest. Had no idea what to expect except that Ma'ono chicken is now in this spot. Love the side alley entrance door. Once inside its like a pirate bar. Pretty cool. Big wide open space with a bar and game room in the back. we got a couple beers, one shot, chicken sandwiches, cucumbers and fries. we stopped in here before going to a movie around the corner. Fun times and cool place!"

"We saw that Ma’ono is doing a pop up on Monday’s and Tuesday’s so we went to check it out. Loved the big bright neon sign. You enter off the alley. We loved the decor, vibe and mini arcade. The slushie drinks and beers were refreshing. The chicken sandwiches were so delicious - just like it was. You get your drinks at the bar. There’s a kiosk pass the mini arcade to order food. Very efficient. Staff was super cool, helpful and nice. Thank you for continuing to create these amazing spots in West Seattle! Looking forward to coming back!"
