"We still come here a lot but every time I get coffee here it’s too hot, I have a geofenced reminder to myself not to order coffee from here as over the years I’ve forgotten and been dissatisfied. Americano is a watery boiling water experience for 4$. Everything about this cafe is great and I want it to stay but beware the coffee."

"Lovely spot that packs in a lot of options from espresso, to savory turnovers, pastries, cookies and freshly made quiches. Also a lil fridge with molly moons ice cream cups and more. Greeted by the friendly and really sweet barista behind the counter. Its a perfect start to your day! We tried the forager turnover/ triangle ; the samosa turnover and drip coffee. All were great and highly recommend the savory triangles. The mushroom was well flavored and nicely filled to balance the flaky buttery crust perfectly. Lots of vegetarian options too!"

"Nice coffee in a casual, welcoming vibe. We enjoyed some tasty breakfast pastries in their back patio/garden area. They also have a selection of sandwiches, pastries and a couple of beers on tap. Looking forward to returning!"

"Nice little funky neighborhood spot with sweet and savory food options. They serve True North (local) coffee. The back patio had plenty of seating and some coverage from sun and rain. The nitro cold brew was light and tasted a bit like caramel and served over ice. It's not as strong/bold as the Starbucks nitro cold brew, not as much foamy head either. The pastries were too sweet for my tastes, but maybe that's your preference."

"Finally - something different!! There are a lot of coffee shops in Seattle but our neighborhood was really in need of a place to grab a quick bite to eat - Donovan has solved this for all! He makes everything in house and from scratch. I don’t know how he’s so talented but everything at Copa is delicious. From the grilled grinder sandwiches to homemade soups, cookies and even gelato - thank you for being the best thing this neighborhood has seen in a very long time! No need for an over priced “Jewish deli” - just good old fashioned food, great subs, all homemade. Closest thing to a NY deli I’ve found!"
