"They tell you a price for a basic service like an oil change, then charge you a much higher price when you checkout. If jiffy lube can quote a price and stick to it then toyota should too. Plus they mark that they check things that they absolutely did not. Of course they also say air filters are dirty but they were put in 5 days ago. Absolutely not a trustworthy service department."
