"I do not recommend ordering anything online through them. If there is a problem there is no way to have it corrected. I've ordered several items from them and I'm unable to access the videos. I've emailed and called and I have never received a response. It's unfair, criminal even."

"Unfortunately I am very disappointed from the lack of response from this operation. I recently purchased a product that was sent as an incorrect fit for my vehicle. I tried to call there contact number on the company Web site but very conveniently they say on the recording they won't answer. They state to communicate via email which I have done twice with no response other than they will send further instructions for return process. I still have not heard back. Hopefully someone from this operation will read this and respond and give me some excuse as to why they haven't responded. I will continue to insist until I get my results. They were quick to take my money and send my incorrect part ,they should as quick to respond to service issues. Ken should make a video on how his operation works behind the scenes. Frank Lopez"
