"In terms of store size, this Issaquah branch is very much smaller than the flagship multi-storey Seattle branch. I'd say the size feels similar to the Bellevue branch. This Issaquah branch is adequately stocked to keep us coming back throughout the year; especially when there are ongoing sales! While it's hard to find help at Seattle's branch due to its sheer size, this Issaquah branch has plenty of staff who are always ready to help. Parking here is also a lot easier as compared to Seattle and Bellevue branches. It's actually quite hard to rate REI branches because their warm & friendly service is quite consistent across various stores across the nation."

"I stopped by here to grab some waterproof clothing for a camping trip. They had exactly what I needed and the perfect size. The staff was very helpful, and it was a quick in and out. They had enough cashiers that the wait wasn't long. They have so much to offer. I had also checked out their shoes, but they didn't have my size in stock. It was recommended to order online, and it could be shipped directly to my address. If you are looking for quality outdoor clothing, gear, and equipment for you and the whole family they have you covered."

"The REI isn’t huge but it does have a nice selection to choose from. They have a bike shop here as well which is pretty neat. All of the employees were friendly and helpful."
