"This company was referred to me by Albert Lee Appliances. I needed a new hood vent fan, garbage disposal and instant hot appliances installed I made an appointment for a 9 to 1pm for the technician to come and check out my existing appliances and repair site. This cost me $135 The day of the appointment the technician had not shown up by 1pm. So I called at 1:25 and was told they would be coming. They arrived at 2:00pm. Looked at everything and left. It’s been 2 weeks since the appointment and I have not heard a word from the company. This is terrible customer service. They could have at least communicated that they could not do the work or did not want to They really shouldn’t even get a one star. Feels like a total rip off to me"

"Folks who come on site were great. Like others, my multi-appliance install couldn't be completed in one day - not a big deal. It has taken Thompson about a month to come back out each time and typically I have had to call them to schedule. The last time they came out, they couldn't install. I've not heard from them in the month since. I've called 10 times, left 5 voicemails, and still no one has called me back. Unless your job is simple and can be done in less than 30 minutes, I would not recommend Thompson Appliance."

"I was referred to Thompson by wolf warranty support. I left a message and called a few times with no call back or answer. If you have the same problem. I ended up using UP Appliance Repair. He was quick to fix the issue and easy to schedule."

"Thompson Appliance was great to work with! They installed our new freezer and hauled the old one off. They were very responsive leading up to the appointment. Showed up within the time frame promised. The guys were quick and efficient. The work that was needed for the install was not as much work as we originally thought and without me even asking for a new quote they charged us much less than originally quoted to reflect the actual work done which we greatly appreciated. That just reflects their honesty and integrity to their business."

"Miele corporation picked Thompson Appliance to replace my fridge which was under warranty. Kennady from their office called me a few weeks before the order for shelter in place to discuss the process. Multiple times I had to change the schedule for a variety of reasons. Every time she was very accommodating and helpful. Yesterday finally the work was completed. Nic and Ian their installers showed up on time and did a fantastic job. There is a slight bow in my cabinet and Nic took the time to make sure the fridge was installed perfectly. You can tell they take pride in their work. One of the best experiences I have had with a company from the beginning to the end. Thank you Kennady, Nic and Ian"
