"Price has gone up to $1.25. The shelves were well stocked. There is a frozen department at this dollar store. This store also carries permanent vinyl in a few colors including glittery. I didn’t see HTV though. I have not used it with my cricut so I can’t personally recommend it yet. Happy shopping"
