"I've been going to this store to sell my items for the past 3+ years. Everytime I've gotten back a decent amount of money on my items. Today I brought in 4 bags. 3 bags of toys and 1big bag of clothes. When I came back to pick up my stuff I got $10 back for selling them the entire bag of clothing and 5 big dinosaurs one which cost $70 alone. If you want cash for your stuff it's 30%. That one dinosaur should have been $21 alone. It's my fault for not asking for my stuff back or for asking more money, but $10 for an entire bag of clothes and 5 big dinosaurs is ridiculous. I'm not coming here anymore I'm just extremely disappointed with how bad it's become."

I believe how a person is greeted when entering any store is important, especially if the owners value return customers. On many, many occasions of my visits in Heaven Sent, (over the course of 15 years), I must admit I would’ve loved seeing one smile or having a nice greeting. One act of kindness could make a world of difference to any customer and of any race."
