"Friendly people that want to help"
"I had been calling around looking for a certain pair of shoes that was sold out most places and the manager Ferris was so helpful and provided excellent customer service and found the shoes I needed at a different store for me."
"The service ok and the selection was meh. Their clothes were fully stocked though."
"Customer service was great but they had one pair of shoes I was looking for a particular pair they had only one pair of them and they were damaged from the factory so I did not get them."
"If I could Could rate 0 I would. We went in to buy a jersey for my daughter for Christmas and a hoodie for my other daughter. There were 2 ladies in there getting some down by the cashier and I noticed they had on the wall 4 signs that said buy one fleece hoodie get one free. We originally only wanted one and the cashier got the one we chose down for us after helping the other 2 and mentioned to us as well getting a second one since it was free, saying, "might as well it's free" and we said the same thing and decided to get a second one for my other daughter as well. After getting it down for us we told him we were finished and he said, I'll ring you up over here. Well I was already hesitant on buying a $70 sweatshirt but 2 for $70 made it worth it. Well the total came up to over $200 dollars. Looked at what he rang up and saw we were getting charged for both sweatshirts and when I pointed that out he said, "oh yeah, that sale ended almost 2 weeks ago but the signs weren't taken down." I told him, you even told us from your mouth that they were buy one get one free and he said "yeah my bad I forgot." So I asked him to honor it since they didn't take the signs down and he told us himself that's what the deal was and he said, "no I can't do that. " I feel that's not right. Especially when 2 people in front of us had gotten 2 of them amoung other things and he told them the same thing and I assume got charged for both but didn't notice. So how many people did he do that to just today??? I told him to take them off that I wasn't paying for either of them and the only reason I was paying for the jersey was bc it was the third store we went to for that specific one but the first two didn't have the size we needed otherwise I wouldn't have even spent that $80 bucks. At the end of the day, this store is unorganized, the employee lied, and I feel like they were just ripping people off bc the other 2 customers didn't catch it but when I did he wants to say "oh yeah, that sale ended 2 weeks ago?" Like really? Ok. I hope the other customers look at their receipts and figure it out also bc that's not right. I was willing to spend $150 dollars for 3 items until I caught him lying. So I won't ever be back and if anyone decides to shop there, check your receipt and verify any "sale" signs they have."
