Employee was too busy on her phone FaceTiming then to be bothered to say “hello” definitely won’t be coming back. Hoot N Annie in SW Portland is a short 10 minute drive away and is 100 times better than this place."

"Extremely disappointed. Based upon the photos on google & what they make out to be an extensive/prestigious process to consign I was very excited to check this place out. They specifically state they do not accept big box brands (old navy, carters, cat & Jack etc) Upon arrival the store very clearly didn’t match the photos I had seen & was very disorganized & dingy feeling. We were not greeted or asked if we needed help. It took a while to find the sizes we were looking for as nothing was clearly labeled. Almost every item I picked up either had a character on it, was extremely outdated, or was a big box bargain brand. Which I don’t mind, I was just under the impression there would be more upscale brands. (Quincy Mae, Hannah Anderson, Zara etc) The bathroom was also a wreck & the toilet was filled with poop. All in all I was very disappointed especially for having driven 45 minutes to visit. Will not return as there are similar/better options closer to me. Just want people to be aware & not expect designer or “upscale” brands here as they state."
