"Horrible experience. Do not take your dress to Iryna. She is incompetent and will ruin your dress like she did mine. Where to begin- she wants payment upfront before even starting on the dress. Then she’s pushy each appointment asking you to leave her 5 star reviews before finishing alterations. She pretends to be really friendly up front then if you disagree with anything, she gets hostile. I brought her my expensive bridal gown that I wanted limited alterations- taken in the waist and bust , a small hem and a bustle added. I paid her close to 1k. After the second appointment she said the dress was done and I could pick it up. I was not happy with the outcome. There were numerous errors. She used a bright white stitching and created a thick boarder on the bottom, which completely changed the look and didn’t even ask me if that was ok). Her stitching was uneven, She hemmed the dress too short, made the straps too tight, and left the bust padding exposed. Then I noticed the waist was still loose and asked if she had taken it in. She said they would be an extra cost! That was the whole point of me taking the dress to be altered. In total I had to make 5 separate appointments with her which was a big inconvenience, since I live 45 min away. After being unhappy with how the process was going, I had some unexpected events occur in my life and no longer am getting married. She said the dress was completed so I arranged a time to pick up my dress. I took my dress to a consignment bridal shop and found multiple red/pink stains all over the front of the dress. I was appalled. I texted her kindly and asked if she would comp the dry cleaning fee since the bridal shop said that’s the only hopeful way the stains might be removed. And she became aggressive with me and refused insisting I only take the dress back to her. I explained I didn’t trust taking it back to her. She acted extremely unprofessional. I’m now left with a stained, ill fitting dress that no bridal shop will accept."

"Iryna is absolutely amazing and I swear she works in magic! I needed a lot done to my dress. It was at least one size too large, too long, and I wanted to completely change the back of the dress. I have lace on my dress and you can not even tell it was altered. You see no stitches and it fits me like a glove. She made this dress look like it was absolutely made for me. I can’t speak highly enough about her, her work is definitely worth the price! I trusted her fully and she came through for me!"

"Iryna worked a ton of magic and made a miracle happen with my dress. My dress was too small for me. It wouldn't zip all the way or even come close to buttening. When I took it to Iryna, almost 2 months ago. she was extremly kind and helpful, she could see the worry and sadness in my face and assured me she was able to get my dress to fit me, she showed me photos of work she had done for other brides in a very similar situation and then explained what and how her work would get the dress to a point where it fit me. I knew right away that she was the best person to make my dream dress perfect. She ended up taking my dress out in spots, along with adding lace to the back to make it look more flattering. I am obsessed with my dress, and I seriously am over the moon with how beautiful I feel. Iryna, the whole process (3 apts) was just an overall joy to be around, so kind and never once made me feel like a burden. Today I picked my dress up, and one of my bridesmaids noticed a couple holes in the fabric, and on the spot iryna fixed it and had her team sew it up for me within a matter of minutes. I wouldn't suggest anyone else for Alterations, you get what you pay for, and Iryna is simply the best."
