"The new owners use groupon to help advertise and promote their business but the vouchers will not load. This is not their fault, but it is the fault of the business they partner with, not mine as the business owner wants to make it. Groupon sent vouchers to my email since the ones on the web won't load, but the business won't accept the vouchers. The owner then called me after I left to scream at me since I didn't buy the food since they wouldn't accept the vouchers. The old owners were great. The new owners, not so much. I used to eat there all the time. I've literally been eating there for years since I moved to this area, but will not be eating there again unfortunately. Sad."

"I ordered a roast beef sandwich online, but I guess I made a mistake and asked for no roast beef. I started eating it and noticed it had no roast beef on my roast beef sandwich. So I recognized my mistake and asked the girl at the counter if they could just give me some roast beef and ill put it on since I did pay for it. She asked the manager something and came back and they wanted to charge me. I politely explained that I already did pay for it and she basically said I needed to pay for the extra meat even though it wasn't extra at all. I explained to her that I ordered and paid online and didnt have any money with me and they just said sorry. I think its so petty. It wasn't like I came back a hour later or the next day. It was all in the same visit."

"Great sandwich shop! It was amazing. I had the americano panini and my bread was fresh, cooked perfectly. Also, if you sit in the back you can be served by the little lady... the robot not me. I have been back since and had the Italian on the garlic bread, and it was epic, however I discovered that a large is too much for me. It was sooooo good though. Love the service and the options. Highly recommend."
