"Fries were cold, and I had just gotten them. We asked for no onions, and everything had onions. Spent $45 dollars, and two of us were given spicy chicken wraps when we had ordered the regular chicken wraps. I feel like all the fast food drive thru experiences are trash these days!"

"Please. For the love of eggs - CLEAN. YOUR. GRILL. Y'all have a serious leg up in the industry, in that you're basically the only fast food place that still serves breakfast all day, but it's horrid that I have to peel a layer of skin off the egg of my breakfast croissant sandwich before I can eat it- Everytime. That being said, the staff is always nice, the service in the drive thru is always quick & pricing is pretty reasonable (especially compared to other local options). I can't speak to indoor amenities as I always order to-go & take it home. If/when the grill is cleaned & I can eat nice, clean fluffy eggs- my review would become 5 stars."

"I love Jack in the Box, but this store is not the one to go to. They gave very bad service, took almost 20 minutes to make my food, and were out of at least 3 different things I asked to order. Just very disappointed. Place looks like it's going downhill."

"If I could give a zero star, I would definitely! Bought 1 southwest salad and one regular chicken . Found mold in my South West salad. NOT COOL! called the store more than 5 times and no one answered. Please do not buy salads from here. Do not recommend anyone to go or buy anything here! So ridiculous!"
