"Last year this store was fantastic we were finding a suit for my son and the staff was on point, helping , measuring, suggesting, we spent over 1000$ on great clothes - went to the same store ( Clackamas) on 2/ 16/ 24 , with 5k to spend and even after asking for help , we were completely ignored, as were 2 other customers in the store who promptly left. We ended up doing everything ourselves, we did find 2 suits but it took us over an hour in the store fumbling about trying to figure out what a man's suit is supposed to look and fit like, and what is a good coordinatoring shirt etc.. We set up or own fitting room, the 3 men working in the store were of zero help , none, zilch -- didn't even ask if we needed help--- again I did ask for assistance and was told " in a minute " over an our later nothing . all workers looked to be in their early 20's , so perhaps they just have no idea how to give good customer service.. We did spend around 1000k on clothing but it was a struggle. I feel I should have been the one paid for working that night, I mean this isn't khols , we chose mens wearhouse FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE , usually they know what they are doing . Sadly it was just like shopping at kohl's, Fred's or even goodwill.. Your on your own . ."
"I went to the Tigard location a few months ago and Danny help with really cool Jacket and slacks for a trip in just a few days before my trip to the UK in and out in 30 minutes and back in a couple days to pick it up wow great service. Then today went back but they said he transferred to the Clackamas so I gladly went there and Danny was there and set me up completely with a New suit again 30 minutes later I was walking out with an awesome suit and great service. Danny is so awesome and I will be back."

"Went here for my boyfriend to find some duds for a wedding. Service was sub par but the clothes were well priced and of good quality. I’m pretty sure you can rent tux’s here too which is a good option if you can’t afford to buy one if you’re not going to wear it often!"
