"When I walked in, I asked if there was a cart. I use a cane & I need to have a place to place my merchandise. The woman behind the counter rudely said I did NOT need one. I should bring each article I wanted & place it on check out counter; she would keep it there. I was Christmas shopping & found her attitude a bit intolerable. I immediately left the store. I don't think I will ever go back!"

"Absolutely the worst customer service experience we have ever had. "Manager" Jeremy was following us around and yelled at us because apparently a sign that wasn't attached to anything had fallen on the floor. Accused us of making a mess on purpose and kicked us right out of the store. I will never spend another penny at this company again. They need to do a better job at finding good people or training them in good customer service. I'm disgusted"
