"I have been a fairly frequent customer and normally they have sauce on their chicken. Well, this time they didn’t have any sauce or sauce on the side. I had just got home with the food and just spent the entire day at work. I called and explained what happened. They told me that they couldn’t do a refund or remake my food another time. She said she needed manager approval for a refund. I said” okay I’ll wait” she said the manager wasn’t there. I asked, “okay, how do you refund money then?” She said they can’t? She said she would call me back. This is two weeks since that situation.Sketchy and poor quality service and food. There are much better terriyaki places. Save your money."

"The food was terrible, teriyaki chicken had no flavor, katsu was ok. Also ordered chicken stir fry and it was horrible, no flavor and very little chicken, watery sauce that was disgusting. $41.00. Not cheap for really bad food, never again. Do not recommend."

"Ordered here for pick up, the chicken katsu and shrimp. The shrimp was missing and the chicken katsu was barely cooked and raw. Also ordered extra friend rice and that was also missing. Not returning and never ordering from this place."

"This is more like a mom and pop type of shop. The boba was great! There weren't ice chunks in it like I don't like that often ruin it. And the cup was firm but not stiff so it kept the consistency well. They are very popular, clearly, and serve their signature dishes quickly. There are nice booths to sit in but seating is limited. I'll be back for the Teriyaki. Not sure why it's rated so low, I was more than satisfied with the taro boba!"
