"Decent franchise, terrible location. I first went to the Seattle location and was stoked on the gluten free and vegan options, though they do make your pizza expensive. What I got from the Lynnwood location could not be called a pizza by any stretch of the imagination. The picture says it all. I paid $4 for extra vegan cheese, and not only did they clearly provide nothing approaching "extra", they barely included any at all. They were also very conservative on the two toppings, which I see from other reviews is a common problem here. The result is a disc of dough and sauce for the most part. It was so bland, so not remotely worth the money we paid. Clearly, they're trying to save money by skimping on ingredients, but they're skimping so hard that there is basically no product here. Back to Mod Pizza, where the quality is middling, but at least I never feel robbed."

"Worst pizza I've had in years, maybe ever. It's not a Chicago style crust. It's thin, hard, stale and tasteless. I also paid $2 for extra cheese and it was just normal cheese."

"I ordered two family-sized pizzas. When I went to pick up the order, the lady opened the box to inspect the pizzas before handing them to me. She initially said they were curry pizzas, but I corrected her, explaining that I had ordered butter chicken pizzas. She quickly acknowledged the mistake and confirmed they were indeed butter chicken pizzas. Later, at the party, I discovered they were actually paneer curry pizzas. They were decent, but not what I had requested. I reached out to the establishment, and they mentioned that the owner would get in touch, but I never received any follow-up. I had requested a partial discount for my next visit, as I didn't want them to lose money by giving free pizzas. Although they initially seemed appreciative, they failed to communicate further, and as a result, they lost my business permanently."

We will make for you new one According to menu They charged us extra money ! So I don’t want to make this happened to anyone! Thanks"

"Food is ok. Nothing special, but very consistent. I tend to eat here a lot because they're close, and I know what I'm getting. Other pizza shops are so hit and miss. The major chains are all shorting on cheese so heavily now that even when I order extra cheese they don't come with as much as this place puts on standard. I really miss the days when there were options for truly good pizza in the area, but those days are gone. This place is better than most, but not what I'd call good. If you live in the Lynnwood area - it's probably worth a try."
