Domino's Pizza

"I order regularly, once a month or so. Today I noticed they started upcharging for switching from red sauce to Alfredo. I’m very disappointed with this change. Across multiple stores and years, Domino’s has consistently kept that swap the same price. I’m going to try another location that won’t nickel and dime me like this."

"We ordered a couple pizzas and some bread for delivery from this location because we're sick, no food, and needed to feed our family. That being said we waited 2 hours for our food to finally be delivered completely cold, some of the boxes crushed, and toppings missing. This used to be a good location. But every time in the past few months we've ordered here there's been issues. This time was the worst. Please do not get delivery if it's from this location, and if you do carry out choose a different location to go to I promise it will be more worth than the trash they're making here. Wish I could untip them."

"I have never given a one star rating in my life. I am a life long Domino’s customer. Never had an issue in all 30yrs of my life. However this location is THE WORSE Domino’s I have NEVER been to. Please DO NOT go here. I have heard other bad stories from other people as well. It is not just a “one off”. The way this place is “Franchised” is sooooo bad. Quality is not in their vocabulary. The people are nice there but the food is TRASH. Please go to ANOTHER Domino’s if you are craving their Pizza. We ordered the Pan Baked with extra sauce and cheese….. do you see that the whole pizza didn’t get sauce? It takes two seconds to use the laddle and smooth out the sauce… also where was the extra cheese/sauce? We didn’t order baked cheese on bread (which sounds a lot better than what we got), more like dry bread and dry cheese. Even then cheesy bread does not look like THAT. Only half of each pizza was edible….. so DISAPPOINTING. Never coming to this location ever again. Also, cutting a pizza and making the slices even sized is not that hard to do. I am so confused how this was missed… We will continue to go to the location that is East of Silver Lake, Everett. Never again will we stray from this path!"

"The call center who takes our orders is absolutely ridiculous! The person taking my order was obviously with a group of people who were yelling in the background and distracting her from properly taking my order. I had to repeat myself five times before the order was taken correctly. The person taking my order was also acting VERY disoriented and forgot what she was saying MULTIPLE times. It shouldn’t be very difficult to place an order for two pepperoni pizzas, a sandwhich and cinnamon sticks. I’m actually at a loss for words. This is just a reminder that NOBODY out pizza’s the hut."

"My order came with a couple mistakes, I called there to complain and explain what was wrong. Lisa answered the phone and explained she was there by herself and apologized for the mistakes. She was very nice to me and fixed my problem. Lisa, thank you for a great customer service experience."
