"Terrible customer service. Came specifically to try on things for size and was told that the store was closed because they didn’t have Wi-Fi access. When I explained that I just wanted to try on things for size so I could order online I was greeted with the same response. Employee in the store was seated eating a bagel and talked to me through a closed door through which I could barely hear what he was saying. Didn’t even bother to come to the door and have a conversation to explain things. Will be buying elsewhere"

When you're representing a business, it's a much worse look to be unprofessional and actively nasty to homeless people than it is to just let them sit outside and smoke a cigarette.
