"Brought my son here to get his first suit. We ended up buying two, because they had great sales. The suits are priced well, the shirts are ties are a bit more pricey. They tailor as part of the package, which is nice. Staff was helpful and nice."
"I never leave reviews unless the service is amazingly good or incredibly bad. Went here to look at some stuff in-person that I've seen online for rentals. The lady eye-balled me and fiancé while she was working with another customer to the point I couldn't actually tell if she worked there. After 25 minutes after she was done working with the other customer she came over. My fiancé and I had to lead the discussion and give potential solutions for everything we were interested in. My grandmother went in several days later looking for a suit coat for a grandson. She asked for a certain size to which the lady (I don't know if it was the same one or different) said, "You can look over there". On asking specifically to be shown by her where she wouldn't take the time to walk her over to rack she was referencing. My grandmother asked another employee who had just finished helping another customer for the time being (which was obvious per their conversation) and was told, "Oh, I can't help you right now, I'm busy". She told him, "well I'll go to another store that actually has employees that will help me" and left. Really guys? How hard is this? Just act professional and friendly. You get paid for this. I really want to order my wedding tux rentals to this store, but might order to a different store just to make sure they're done right, as inconvenient as it is. Hey MW Listens, this customer service in this store seems to be really bad. Any input? I want to give you my business, but I don't want my wedding screwed up when I pick up my tuxes two days before."
"First of all, the order of this store is relatively good. Things are labeled well and things are mostly where you would expect to find them. I was blown away at how many people worked there, but were all leaning on a counter, and not a single person said hello to me or asked me if they could assist me. You would have thought they were trying to keep it from floating away. What they didn’t know is I had already been to another store that didn’t have the size I needed, so I knew exactly what I needed. Once one of the staff saw me get all the things I needed, he moved in for the easy sell. I was quite annoyed as this point. It has been an 20 minutes of me collecting the various portions of the suit I wanted to purchase. Now he’s asking me questions like, how’s that fitting? Can I ring you up now? So I finally get all my things pulled together and I was less than excited to find out there is no method of exempting sales tax at this store, even though I live in Oregon and was sent to this store from Oregon because they didn’t have the sizes I needed. So I spend extra money in gas driving to this store, 60 miles round trip and pay an additional $40 in tax. Overall, that was hard to swallow, but I did it and I just hope the suit gives me the comfort I am hoping for. I think what bothered me the most with this experience is that nobody seemed eager to be helpful at all until they thought they could get an easy payday."
