"Most amazing omakase in Seattle with Chef Suzuki and his team! Lovely 20 course meal with options to extend. You won’t leave hungry or unsatisfied. There is limited seating and reservations are made through Tock. I loved everything but my favorite was the flounder with a shush leaf, pickled prawn sauce and a little yellow wasabi. Pair it with your favorite Japanese Pilsner or lager and it’s an amazing meal. The chefs are very friendly and interact with you a lot. I loved how intimate the setting is and how formal everything is. Make sure to get a seat at the sushi counter so you can marvel at their skill. They served an assortment of nigiri (king salmon, 3 types of tuna, yellowfin, mackerel, scallop, eel, flounder, snapper and more). They also give you a miso soup, steamed egg with fish broth with 3 pieces of seafood, a couple of appetizer like dishes, a hand roll, and an uni with salmon roe (ikura) dish. To top it off, you get a sweet egg (tamago) custard with green tea. Extension’s seemed delicious but I was too full to order more. Can’t wait to go back!"
"This omakase-style sushi restaurant offers a unique and unforgettable experience. If you haven't tried it before, it's well worth the time and cost. I've always enjoyed sushi, but this experience took it to a whole new level! You won't find any over-the-top dragon, fire, spicy rolls here. Instead, you'll witness a master chef's incredible display of the finest sushi you'll ever taste. It was an exceptional experience!"
"Go! Do it! My husband and I went here for my birthday and it was one of the most enjoyable meals I’ve ever had. The dishes were very memorable and a number of them I’ll continue to crave. I loved trying some rare fish I hadn’t even heard of before - everything was delicious. Beyond the fact that we were over the moon with the omakase itself, we just had such a great time with the staff, the chefs, and the other guests at the chefs counter. We did the sake pairing, and we would recommend that as well. Can’t wait to go back! Thanks!"
"Very good omakase style sushi restaurant. On par with some of the better places we had in Japan. The atmosphere is very light and fun. Suzuki is very approachable and kind. Great explanations of the fish and process. Definitely recommend."
"Oh my God. Get you a reservation here while reservations aren't crazy yet. The taste here is superb, and while it's not completely new age, the sushi here is a mix of traditional with perfect points of creativity and innovation. The sake pairing is excellent (we did the seven pairing), as well as an add-on of four more nigiri at the end of the standard 20 courses (which included seared wagyu topped with uni and caviar). Chef Suzuki is relaxed and friendly, and so happy to answer any questions and get to know his diners. Every single piece was perfect. I can't wait to return."
