"Definitely as a family felt discriminated. We were pushed into a corner on the entrance to the lottery side of the restaurant while they had more than enough room to seat us in the main area. They did the same thing to another POC family. The waitress was nice but the older gal hostess who sat us was not. Will not be going back"

"I would give this -000 stars if I could. This is just unbelievable and unacceptable. My husband ordered the Salmon dinner with broccoli and rice pilaf and his rice came with a big chunk of BLACK MOLD on it… face side up, almost impossible not see as a server or staff member. Be careful and if you choose to continue to eat there then thoroughly check your food… Shame on you Shari’s!!"

"I was at this location with my family around 2 pm today. It was very hectic and unorganized . When my kids, their father and I got seated we order our drinks. We soon noticed that our straws, my coffee mug and the creamer packets given to me for my coffee were stained with dry blood. None of us had cuts in our hands and my kids father asked to speak to the waitress. We waited about 5 min with no help. I proceeded to ask for the manager and she came to our table and confirmed that it looked like blood. She removed it from our table and we asked her to please cancel our order as we no longer felt comfortable eating in this restaurant. I offered to pay for our drinks and the Manager said it was okay and she apologized to us. My main point is that this place needs to be more careful and hygienic with what is being served to customers. Unfortunately we ended up wasting our time here. We will not be returning to this location."

"Sat down at 3:02 got food at 4:47. Seated at the same time as another couple. The couple got there food and left before we got our order. Server offered us a pie after an hour wait. Slow to give refills on coffee and the food hash browns where overcooked. I was there last week and it was a much different experience, the bathroom is disgusting and overall not a good experience, I would recommend any other location."
