Dutch Bros Coffee

"We stop coming because we are tired of spending 17 to 19 dollars every time we come for our coffee to be wrong, we know people are human and we all have off days but the last 8 times we have come our coffee was made wrong and we pay for extra stuff and don't get it we asked for recommendations of coffee like I asked is the shamrock kicker was like the sweather weather chi I was told it was a little different but was sweeter then sweather weather chi well I can tell nope it ain't even close to sweather weather I'm spelling it wrong I'm sorry I asked for the shamrock kicker to be extra sweet cause I love sweet coffee and extra soft top well what I got I didn't even drink I took one drink and I spit it out it was basically iced coffee that is all I tasted was coffee no sweetness I'm sorry but it wasn't my kind of coffee I knew I shouldn't have gone with something new but we learn right it just upsetting because we live right next to a Dutch bros ,when we are in Eugene Dutch bros make our coffee just right ,but here we have gone to two of them and they both have not made our coffee right and we don't have time to turn around and go back to fix it so we just stop coming til the other day when we said let try again and same thing, that when I got the shamrock kicker and I said I'm done I'm tired of spending money like this for me not to drink my coffee it sad cause my whole family love Dutch bros my son love the sugar cookie frost, my other son love the peach strawberry smoothie,my partner gets either a rebel, or a picture perfect which they don't get right as well we asked for no whip due to him not able to handle the whip his tummy is sensitive but they always put whip and we have to say we said no whip and then they say huh look at us like we lost our minds then look at the screen and say oops yes it say no whip and then they just scoop off the whip and hand it back . It is just sad they we have come to this decision but when you spend 17 to 19 dollars every time you come and we would come at least three to four times a week it alot of money especially when you work pay check to paycheck ,we know people have off days but im sorry we can't keep spending money on coffee we dont drink ,we don't have a problem paying for extra stuff to put in our coffee we just wanted our coffee right and the way we payed for it to be."

"The absolute best service every time. I go here every day before I head to work and the employees are amazing. They make my drink perfectly and are always kind and provide the best conversation. Just amazing people who are all going to go on and do great things. I’ll never go anywhere for my coffee other than this Dutch. Best part of my day!"

"It is always very slow, especially if you walk up. Like, 20 minutes every time. And I WILL always use the walk up, because for some reason everyone else in the neighborhood thinks it is acceptable to use the right lane of traffic as an extended line. The employees absolutely need to stop tolerating this. Don't walk out there with your little tablet. Encourage people to leave. The other day I saw the employee taking orders look at the honking bus and the disabled man who couldn't get onto the bus because of this traffic hold up and she still continued to the next car and took their order. This isn't just a major inconvenience and illegal, it's going to get someone hurt. They also get the drink order wrong like 50% of the time. I just don't care all that much as this is my caffeine before work and if I was going to be picky I should have made it myself at home. A couple of the staff members are nice, especially the Australian dude but the rest are just completely checked out or outright rude. We need a Blackrock closer."
