"* Would recommend the Dutch Bros on 82nd Ave and Airport Way instead * I've been to this location a number of times, and while the coffee is on par with other Dutch Bros locations the wait time to get to the order window has a been a (minimum) of 15 mins with two cars ahead. Occasionally, there will be someone taking orders on a tablet, but that doesn't speed up the process at all. This is THE slowest service of any location I've been to. When you reach the window, the staff are usually friendly, but it is hard not to feel irritated when you get there. I don't know if it's a staffing or training issue, but whatever it is, it does not appear to be important enough for the management to address."
"That was the longest wait ever! We saw one girl make two of our drinks and then left them sitting. She went in the back and never came back to finish our drinks. One guy was counting money, another worker was standing there drinking a coffee drink. There were a lot of cars waiting behind us and even more waiting on the other side. Finally a different girl came and finished the smoothies we ordered for our granddaughters. It looked like she was doing all the work. I don't think we will ever return to that Dutch Bros. The one down the street closer to the airport is always faster."
"DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE TIME FOR A 45 MINUTE WAIT! Was the 3 rd car in line and it took over 30 minutes for them to help the two cars infront of me ( I counted 3 drinks in the first car and 2 in the 2nd). A coffee drink should never take over 5 minutes per drink as an espresso shot pulls in less than a minute and milk steams in less than a minute. This staff is not trained and have no sense on urgency. They are more worried about giggling and dancing around than doing their jobs."
"Typical atmosphere for a Dutch. However, this has to be the slowest Dutch I have ever been to, easy 40 minute wait. Not saying they weren't having technical difficulties, I don't know. I think I will avoid this stand from now on. And holy cow price hike!"
"The weekday morning crew is pleasant but has zero sense of urgency. I can't tell you how many times I've left the drive thru line because you won't move for 20+ mins and by the time you get up to the window there are several people but only 1 person making drinks. It's incredibly frustrating to have dutch raise their prices only to get worse customer service."
