"Disappointing experience. I called ahead to ask for a reservation and was told I didn’t need one, they had plenty of availability. Paid for parking, walked in and the employee looked us over (dressed up for a show at the Keller) and told us it would be at least a 45 min wait, even though there were a number of empty tables. When I explained I’d called earlier and was told there was ample availability, she shrugged us off. IDK if she just didn’t like us personally or they were short staffed, but definitely not a great experience."
