Yume Sushi

"It was absolutely criminal that they were nearly empty when I arrived, they should have a line around the block at all hours. The value for money here is amazing, and honestly even at value price, the only complaint I have is that I wish the agedashi tofu broth had a touch more seasoning (which was happily solved by a splash of soy). Seriously though, it's not an expansive menu, but what they do they do well. Please visit. Also please note they are carry out only on Fridays. I will be back on more than a few Thursday afternoons. *Edit to add they have some of my favourite chopsticks ever for a dine in place."

"Beautiful decor, small inside but great for two (or groups up to 4-5), and easy street parking. The fish was fresh, the staff were friendly, and we both agreed the parmesan panko crusted scallops were easily the BEST we've ever had. We enjoyed everything we ordered and will definitely be adding this to our list of favorite, must-visit sushi restaurants in Seattle!"
