"There was not any one to seat me, or show me to my table. If I didn't see my party I wouldn't have known if they were there or where they happened to be sitting at. They charged my card 3 times and I have yet to get my money back from them and it's been almost a week. I wanted a glass of wine and I ordered some champagne instead I think but I didn't get a chance to drink it because there was lipstick stains on every single glass the third time I told him it must not have been meant for me to have wine that day. My son had the chicken strips and french fries he said that they were good. My daughter had the enchilada with the taco she said she didn't really like it so she ended up just eating chips and salsa so that was a waste of my money. I got the chimichanga meal the meat was very dry and the outside was very tough it was not crispy. I can't explain it but it was really tough and hard to get through so I had to cut it with a knife instead of me just using a fork like I normally would do I only ate my rice and beans off that plate. Update. My money was refunded after a week a few phone calls and some prayer"

"Delicious food! Menu notes which foods are gluten free. Service was great - they immediately brought kids menus and crayons for my three children, as well as waters with lids. Not too busy. Quiet, comfortable, and clean. Thank you!"

"I have been going to the Mazatlán restraints since I was young and always loved the food. On an average for 2 dishes I usually spend $50-$60 not including tip. This time when I ordered I ask for Chicken Flautas which is a dish I have ordered for my Mom many times before. When I got home and she opened it they have Burrito Sauce all over it this is suppose to be a crunchy tortilla wrapped around the chicken so why you would put a sauce on that doesn’t go on it that is going to make it soggy. I called with what I feel was a reasonable thing to be frustrated over and the guy insist this is how it is suppose to come which is absolutely wrong. So instead of being reasonable they lost a good customer. Be cautious when you order."

"I love this franchise. This location delivered quality food and excellent service. It was a great place to eat at while I caught up with a friend. The waiter was attentive, friendly, and catered to our needs during our time here. I had the shrimp fajitas with corn tortillas, and it was delicious. I am never disappointed when I come here. "This place is delicious. A good place to stop and catch up. My wife and I stopped here for lunch and it wasn't crowded. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and was clean. The staff was friendly."
