"I order their nachos and I got 10 chips. I’m not usually one to get mad but when it’s for a child I get mad."

"It took three tries for them to get my order right. Spicy potato soft taco with chicken. First they just gave me a chicken taco. Then potato and chicken without the creamy spicy sauce signature to the spicy potato soft taco. At that point I gave up and just asked for a cup of the sauce and they acted like I was asking them to bend over backwards to give me what I ordered. Won’t be coming back to this location."

"I understand it was a large order. It was Friday night. I actually tried to mobile order it but it wouldn't let me mobile order. So I had to go in there and order through the drive-through. I did let the person know that I had a few things to order and it was all going to be regular so no double meat and stuff for the hole order. And I ordered everything the way I had it on the mobile order I pulled up paid. They told me to pull forward and park out front, so I i did. I asked them to double-check and make sure everything was there since they were parking me out front. And I guess that offended them. So then, when they brought me everything, 3 people came out, and darner near threw the stuff in the window.my son and his friend talked about how mad they were the hole way home it when i finally got through the stuff, i found out how bad they messed it up i had to look at the Receipt to figure out what they had actually done. Because it's such a large order. All I knew that the totals were really close to the 2. From my mobile order to the one that I placed at the actual store. We're supposed to have 4 spicy potato burritos instead. I want to put 4 cheesy roll ups. Which as you can see from the pictures. I don't have very much cheese at all and all my grilled cheese steak. Burritos, which we got the meal for 10.99 a piece. Only had 2 or 3 pieces of steak, which means they deliberately did different things to different items. A few of my guests did not care, and a few of my guests and i, of course, would not eat anything. It was a great way to spend $100.00 dollar's at Taco Bell and have that experience. I use speech to text for most of this, so it doesn't make sense, sorry."

"This Taco Bell had become my favorite, the food used to be great, it was always like I had prepared it for myself at home. And then I received this. There have been other times before when the taco shells had been all broken up, cold and or no meat, spicy meat?? Try to figure that one out..... Smh.... Gross food here lately."

"This is probably the saddest chicken crunch taco I've probably seen. Definitely not what was advertised, was expecting to be a little bigger, not the size of a chicken nugget just about. Update - pretty sure old shells were used, had an odd smell to them. Didn't realize until after a couple bites of the burrito that came in the box. Stomach is not a happy camper at the moment."
