"Hard for me to leave this because the owners were so nice but this was by far the most expensive and bland Thai food I’ve had in Tacoma. The chicken in the pad Thai was overcooked and rubbery, too. It was more or less a giant clump of stuck together noodles. Thai food usually has a lot of flavor but this didn’t. There also could have been more vegetables in my other dish. I understand the prices have come up in most places but this seems a bit outrageous and for that price I’d expect a comparable product. There are much tastier options in Tacoma for less. Edit: I appreciate the owners acknowledgement which is a good indicator that this could have been an off night. Wanted to also add that the place was very clean and again, the staff was very welcoming and attentive."

"Quaint local restaurant. I'm so glad we tried it. Portions are huge, definitely shareable, or you'll have take-home for tomorrow. I ordered the Angel Salad (I think that was the name of it), with chicken, DELICIOUS!!!! Definitely be back, thanks."

"UPDATE: I’m really sad to take away 2 stars. The service on 10/10/21 was just no up to the standard that it always was. No one refilled our water even once. The employees were at the counter the whole time on their phones and chatting. Years and years of good service and it’s sad that they now have inattentive employees. Really sets the tone. Will probably be looking for a new place. I’ve been to this place back in 2014 & now. Food is still made with quality! Their pad Thai is really good and the spice levels are true to the number you choose! Staff is friendly, place is clean! Definitely give it a try! However, bring a jacket, they love to have AC on full blast and I always get super cold inside."
